Conditions for Participation

The Conference Accepts the Following Types of Participation

  • Research proposals: Complete or incomplete research projects for which the researcher wishes to present and publish an abstract in the conference proceedings.
  • Practical experiences: Educational practices or applied ideas derived from the experience of researchers or practitioners to achieve specific learning objectives, which they wish to present at the conference.

 

Conditions and Standards for Acceptance of Participation

  • The submitted work must fall within one of the conference themes or areas. Researchers are required to specify the relevant conference theme for their submission.
  • The submission must comply with academic research standards and contribute to enriching educational and psychological theory and practice.
  • The researcher is responsible for ensuring that the paper has been properly edited and proofread before submission.
  • All submissions must pass the academic review and evaluation process.
  • Extracted papers from larger academic works may be accepted only after being revised to comply with the conference requirements.

 

Required Specifications for Submission

  • Each submission must include an abstract of at least 250 words, containing the research objectives, methodology, population and sample, research instruments, key findings, and keywords.
  • The paper should include the following sections: introduction, statement of the problem, research questions, objectives, significance of the study, definitions of terms, previous studies, methodology and procedures, results, recommendations, and references. Tables, figures, and illustrations may be included where appropriate.
  • The submission must not have been previously published or accepted for publication by any other party.

 

Writing Guidelines and Formatting Standards

  • The paper should be no fewer than 15 pages and no more than 20 pages.
  • Papers must be prepared on A4-sized paper using Microsoft Word.
  • For papers written in Arabic, the required font is Simplified Arabic, size 14, with single line spacing and 10-point spacing between paragraphs.
  • For papers written in English, the required font is Times New Roman, size 12, with single line spacing and 10-point spacing between paragraphs.
  • Main headings must be in bold, size 16.
  • Subheadings must be in bold, size 14, with indentation.
  • Page numbers must be placed at the bottom center of each page.
  • Margins must be 2.5 cm on all sides.
  • References must follow the APA referencing style.
  • The first page must include the title of the paper, name(s) of the researcher(s), academic title, and institutional affiliation.

 

General Notes

  • Submissions may be made individually or jointly.
  • Papers approved by the Academic Committee will be included in the conference proceedings book.
  • The official languages of the conference are Arabic and English.
